Necessary Documents to Apply for Ration Card in Arunachal Pradesh

You have to submit application form along with two passport size photo of whole family, residents proof.

  1. Voter Identity card.
  2. Driving License.
  3. Extract of electoral roll.
  4. Latest telephone bill which should on the applicant name.
  5. Identity card issued by the Government or public sector.

  • For Member Deletion : Death Certificate / Transfer certificate / Marriage certificate
  • For member Addition : Birth Certificate
  • For Name change: Affidavit of name change issued by Judicial Magistrate.

Note: Old copy of Old Ration Card is also required.

  2. After that fill up all correct details in ration card application form.
