- Go to the official website at-lakpds.gov.in
- Click on Check Status of ration card Application.
- Enter required information from acknowledgement slip.
- After that click on submit button.
- Details of Ration card Application will be on your screen.
If you are going from one place to another due to transfer in job, you must get surrender certificate. Surrender certificate is necessary document to apply for ration card at new address.the citizen can get surrender certificate on the same day from the office of issuing authority.
